🥟 Pierogi Dough Recipes 🥟

The Family Recipe:

You will find this pierogi dough easy to work with, moist, elastic, and incredibly tasty.


Ingredients

- 2.5 cups flour

- 2 eggs

- 1 Tbsp sour cream

- 1 Tbsp cream cheese

- 1 Tsp of salt

- Water as needed


Instructions:

1. Sift the flour.

2. Mix ingredients in a bowl, slowly adding water while mixing.

3. Continue to mix and add water until the dough becomes a sticky ball.

4. Coat the sticky ball of dough with flour.

5. Let it sit for 10 minutes.

Grandma's Recipe:


This cherished recipe has been passed down from my grandma, It features a delightful pierogi dough that's is light and fluffy. 


Ingredients:
