Here are several types of fillings and toppings to enjoy.

Equipment Needed:

  • Large boiling pot
  • Mixer
  • Slicing knife
  • Mixing spoon


Ingredients

  • 3 lb White potatoes of your choice 
  • 12 oz shredded cheddar cheese - any other kinds?
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 2 onions 


Filling Preparation Instructions

  • Boil potatoes and mash, add milk, salt, and cheese
  • Mix until the cheese is melted


Topping Preparation Instructions

  • Slice onions
  • Saute in salted butter

  • Ingredients:
  • 3 lb White potatoes of your choice 
  • 1-2 chopped sweet onion
  • 2 sticks of salted butter


Filling Preparation Instructions:

  • Boil potatoes, mash
  • Saute onion in butter
  •  Mix in the mashed potatoes and chopped sauteed onion in a bowl


Topping Preparation Instructions:

  • Melt butter in a pan
  • Roll and coat pierogi in melted butter

  • Coarse sugar

  • Warm blueberries in a pot creating mix of gel and whole blue berries


Topping Preparation Instructions:

  • Coarse sugar - no preparation required
